Quick repair your right click > new option > "Menu" if you had messed up installing some crappy software.

I recently installed texture packer software and it just screwed up my context menu that is
Right Click > New Option menus.

And I tried every this to get rid of the blank links.
I searched internet and many people suggested to perform restore.
So I did but even after that it just did not work.
Finally I found a simple shitty solution.

I used CCleaner.
