If your Unity Remote is not working for android device this is what you have to do.
goto your installed Android sdk folder
Goto android-sdk > platform-tools
on the URL Bar type CMD and press Enter
now type
adb kill-server [Enter]
adb start-server [Enter]
adb devices [Enter]
After you are done your unity remote will start working.
